Great place and location. Lovely experience

Our room and the view were lovely! The breakfast and dining experience were also top notch. Everyone was friendly and helpful amongst the staff.

The pillows :-) I have a disc problem so this is more my issue than the hotels....

Nothing every this was perfect

The staff was superb and accomodating. Yayha upon checkin personalized our experience. Maria the manager was also super nice to helping in helping meet our needs and expectations.The resort gives a feel of grandeur and opulence as you drive up to it, and even in the lobby area, the high ceiling of chandeliers and decor was impressive.

There was emanating odor of dampness in the room we stayed in, which was quite different to nice incense arimas in lobby areas. Renovations of the main restaurant are underway so will improve this aspect.

The outdoor view and pool was nice the staff were great

Very old and outdated the room I booked for its price was so not worth it as it looks very worn out and the furniture is outdated and old , felt depressing. They did though upgrade me to a junior suite in the renovated floors which was a good point for them

The staff are very nice , especially to kids , food is good at alkhiran restaurant

Italian restaurant was poor. No atmosphere and food not great. Dining was very expensive overall.Gas smell on the beach.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this resort. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was excellent with a wide variety at the buffet, the service and attention from the staff were outstanding, and they were kind enough to offer us a late check-out.The spa was absolutely top-notch, the beach was simply amazing, and the room had a breathtaking view. The activities and overall atmosphere made the experience even more enjoyable.Everything was perfect — I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Very beautiful decoration. Next to the beach. So luxurious. The beach and pools were nice. It is a very big hotel that we didn’t get to see it all but very beautiful. The breakfast was nice. Bed was comfortable and the view was beautiful.

The room was not the cleanest for hotel. Felt like it has been left for a long time. For example we could see dust/paint debris still around the mirror, AC control. Pillow cover was damaged.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Staff of the hotel went an extra mile to make it unforgettable stay. Special thanks to Purna and Iman❤️ the hotel has it is. Privacy, facilities, brilliant food. Breakfast buffet is a must for everyone to try! Looking forward to come back as soon as possible to this heaven on earth place!

Beautiful beach, very quiet and serene, the staff was very friendly welcoming and accommodating, the room was spacious and relaxing.

The swimming pool for adult and the splash water for kids it’s recommended for families with kids

We were a group of girls wanting a getaway & we made the best best decision to come to al bustan, such a great place and the girls beach was the cherry on top. Loved everything about the hotel and the service was 10/10

Ladies beach , out door area , the greek restaurant. Anything indoors is below standard for 5 stars hotel

We didn’t like it , there is a humidity smell everywhere, the place is not clean . The buffet area is so disappointing

Furniture very old and outdated. The rooms need some renovation especially the cabinets. Also the lobby is boring.

The hotel had amazing views of the beach and pool.

What I disliked about the hotel that’s the restaurants are overpriced since we are in a secluded area then the downtown. So you are obligated to pay an overly expensive price for the food. As it didn’t have other options. The staff weren’t very welcoming when we arrived at the hotel , they are also not very clear about anything in the hotel even when we asked questions they didn’t give interest of answering us. The staff didn’t really know how to communicate or let us know about the hotel much we had to find things on our own and our last days of staying.

The lagoon access from the room was highly appreciated, offering convenient swimming opportunities at any time. The beach access was enjoyable and ideal for playing in the sand with children. The restaurant and buffet were excellent, providing delicious options for breakfast and dinner, with nightly themed changes.

The sea / beach in front of the hotel was not the cleanest.
